On Sunday, 25th July, the Ministry of Health confirmed 664 new Covid-19 cases from 5,432 samples tested in the last 24 hours.
Published on 25th July 2021, this brings the country's caseload to 185,591, with a cumulative number of samples tested since March last year standing at 2,093,014.
The new cases comprise 633 Kenyans and 31 foreigners, with 378 males and 286 females. The youngest case is a three-month-old infant, while the oldest is 98 years old.
Health Cabinet Secretary Mutahi Kagwe announced that 201 patients have recovered from the disease, with 148 from the Home-Based Care Program and 53 discharged from various hospitals.
The total number of recoveries now stands at 185,808, while the country's death toll rose to 3,865 after 16 more patients succumbed to the virus.
