Published on July 25, 2021, a tragic incident has shaken the family of Kevin Omwenga, a victim of a brutal murder in 2020. His brother, Wycliffe Omwenga, has been found dead in his house in Riruta, Nairobi.
According to the police, Wycliffe's body was discovered on Wednesday with some bloodstains. The door to his house was reportedly locked from inside, and the police are looking for a woman who was spotted leaving the house on Tuesday night.
Wycliffe's uncle, Kennedy Ongwae, expressed shock and sought answers from authorities. He revealed that Wycliffe had spoken with him a day before his body was discovered, and had sent him to an insurance firm to run some errands.
Kevin Omwenga was shot dead at his apartment in Galana Suites, Kilimani estate on August 21, 2020. The incident has raised questions about the safety of witnesses in high-profile cases.
