WhatsApp has rolled out an update that allows users to join ongoing group calls with ease.

With this new feature, users can swipe over to the Calls' tab and click to join a call they've been added to but didn't join immediately.

Additionally, users can hit 'ignore' to add a call to the Calls' tab when it's ringing, and then join later.

According to WhatsApp, this feature is designed to make group calls more convenient and flexible, especially for personal conversations.

Unlike professional apps like Zoom and Teams, WhatsApp's implementation is unique, with no links to click and join in, and users can only join from the Calls' tab.

As always, WhatsApp group calls remain end-to-end encrypted, ensuring users' privacy and security.
