On July 16, 2021, a devastating incident occurred in Kibunja, Molo, Nakuru County, where a 21-year-old woman ended her life in a tragic act of desperation.

According to a handwritten letter seen by authorities, the victim's decision to take her own life was motivated by her husband's unending infidelity.

Area Chief Hassan Waweru confirmed the incident, stating that the woman had taken poison and later hanged herself, citing marriage problems as the reason.

In the letter, the victim wrote, 'Trust me, if I was bad you will find someone worse than me who cannot be patient with you the way I did.'

She also expressed her disappointment in her husband's failure to keep his promise of love and loyalty, saying, 'And the way you promised you'll never leave me or cheat on me. I trust you John but I will die because of you.'

The heartbreaking letter concluded with the words, 'Enjoy your life full of joy. Bye bye bye.'
