On July 14th, 2021, Tanzanian musician Diamond Platnumz proved he deserved a spot in Forbes' top 10 richest African musicians by purchasing the luxurious 2021 Rolls Royce Cullinan, worth between Ksh 35 to 40 Million.

The WCB CEO was overjoyed as he received his blue Rolls Royce Cullinan 2021 and drove it around his home, fulfilling his long-held dream of owning a Rolls Royce.
He had previously confessed his love for the brand, and now he has the car to match his enthusiasm.
”This is how Swahili Nation do, Platnumz I’m out here…I’m driving a 2 Billion plus car (Tanzanian shilling) go google the price of this car” Diamond bragged while driving it.
It's possible that his recent meeting with legendary rapper Snoop Dogg in the States inspired him to make the purchase.
With this purchase, Diamond Platnumz joins an elite group of Africans who own the luxurious car, solidifying his position as one of the richest Africans.
He has now added to his sleek fleet of cars, which includes two Cadillac Escalades, a Cadillac Escalade Black Edition (2020), and the Cadillac Escalade Sky Captain Edition (2015), whose interior resembles that of a private jet.
