How to Prepare a Delicious Mixed Vegetable Pilau ¶

Here's what you need:
- Half a kilo of biryani rice
- Thin slices of ginger
- One cup of water
- Three tablespoons of oil
- One teaspoon of turmeric powder
- One teaspoon of cumin powder
- One teaspoon of coriander powder
- One teaspoon of garam masala powder
- One teaspoon of salt
- One teaspoon of black pepper
- Two tablespoons of chopped fresh cilantro
- Two tablespoons of chopped fresh mint leaves
- One tablespoon of lemon juice
- One tablespoon of vinegar
- One tablespoon of ghee or oil
Instructions:
- Heat oil in a pan and sauté the onions until they are translucent.
- Add the ginger and sauté for another minute.
- Add the mixed vegetables and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
- Add the turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
- Add the chopped cilantro and mint leaves. Mix well.
- Add the lemon juice and vinegar. Mix well.
- Add the ghee or oil and mix well.
- Add the biryani rice and mix well.
- Cook for 10-15 minutes or until the rice is cooked and the vegetables are tender.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
