On Saturday, Muthoni Wa Mukiri, a former Inooro TV presenter, held a traditional wedding ceremony, known as 'Ruracio', with her long-term lover Isaac. The ceremony, which is a significant step in their relationship, was attended by several celebrities, including MC Jessy, Lillian Muli, and Teacher Wanjiku.
According to tradition, 'Ruracio' is a ceremony where the girl's parents officially accept a marriage proposal before the couple holds their wedding. In this case, Muthoni's parents have given their blessing for the union.
