On July 10, 2021, Borussia Dortmund's Erling Haaland reaffirmed his commitment to the club, stating that nothing had changed in their plans for the new season. In a statement to Bild, sports director Michael Zorc said, “Nothing has changed. We are still planning with Erling for the new season. Nothing like going to Chelsea or Manchester United.”

Meanwhile, Bournemouth has turned down a £13m bid from Europa League winners Villarreal for their talented winger Arnaut Danjuma. The 25-year-old had a successful season in the Championship, scoring 15 goals and helping Bournemouth reach the play-offs. However, they ultimately missed out on promotion after losing to Brentford in the semi-finals.

As the transfer window continues to heat up, Juventus has made it clear that they will not be selling Federico Chiesa to FC Bayern. The Italian winger is considered a key player in Massimiliano Allegri’s project at Juventus and will remain with the club. Inter Milan, on the other hand, is exploring options to replace Hakimi, with Atalanta's right back Hans Hateboer emerging as a potential candidate.

Inter Milan has also been linked with a move for Arsenal's Hector Bellerin, but the Gunners are unwilling to sell him on a loan with a buy option. Instead, they want to secure a permanent deal for the Spanish defender.
