On July 10, 2021, detectives made a startling revelation about Caroline Kangogo, a police officer wanted for murder.
According to Anthony Sunguti, the Nakuru County lead criminal investigations officer, Kangogo's mobile phone was found abandoned near a fence where she escaped after killing a police officer said to be her lover.
Analysis of her phone revealed that she had been in communication with individuals who are on the police radar, including senior officers and dangerous criminals.
Some of these individuals are being pursued by the police, and Kangogo's connections with them have raised concerns about her involvement in illicit activities.
Caroline Kangogo is currently on the run after luring a man to a lodging in Juja and brutally murdering him.
