July 9, 2021 - A social media feud between gospel artist Ringtone Apoko and comedian Kendrick Mulamwah has been ongoing, with the two celebrities trading insults and accusations on Instagram.
Financial Dispute ¶
Ringtone's beef with Mulamwah began when the latter flaunted a large sum of money, claiming it was worth Ksh 700,000, which he intended to use to buy his first piece of land.
Ringtone responded by saying that Mulamwah spends such an amount of money in a week, implying that the comedian's financial situation is not as dire as he claimed.
He also speculated that Mulamwah is being sponsored by an old white woman, a claim that Mulamwah has yet to deny or confirm.
Mulamwah fired back by revealing that he pays Ksh 9,000 as his rent, which has angered Ringtone.
Ringtone has continued to criticize Mulamwah, calling him out for his alleged lavish spending and poor grammar.
