At just four years old, Ricca has already shown remarkable bravery and boldness, qualities that her mother, DJ Makena, is proud to see in her.
Recently, Ricca wowed her school with a perfect performance, memorizing and narrating a short story to her class with excellent English.
Her mother, DJ Makena, was overjoyed and took to social media to share the moment, captioning a video of Ricca's performance, 'Gosh, I love being a mom! Just watching this…took me back to 2016, when I had just given birth and I thought I would not make it! It was hard…but look at God. Those who know my story will understand and for those who don’t, it’s a story for another day. Moms/dads should never give up….however hard and difficult it may seem. Remember, there is a God.'
Not only is Ricca excelling in school, but she's also entertaining her mother's fans with her dance moves on TikTok, earning her the nickname 'TikTok baby'.
As Ricca prepares to turn five in a few weeks' time, her mother is beaming with pride, reminiscing about the challenges she faced as a single mother when Ricca was born.
