Jeremy Ngunze, a seasoned banking executive, has joined Diamond Trust Bank (DTB) as a non-executive director, effective June 29, 2021.
DTB Chairman Linus Gitahi welcomed Ngunze's appointment, citing his extensive business and technical knowledge gained from a rich career in the banking sector.
"He brings onboard extensive business and technical knowledge based on his rich career in the banking sector," Gitahi said.
Ngunze, who has spent over 30 years in the banking sector, expressed gratitude for the appointment and pledged to support the DTB Board in strengthening the bank.
With a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the University of Nairobi and an MBA from the University of Manchester, Ngunze has a strong educational background to complement his extensive banking experience.
He has held various leadership positions, including Chairman of PACT Kenya and board member of PACT Global and PACT UK, and previously served as Group Executive Director for Regional Business at NCBA Group and CEO at the Commercial Bank of Africa, Kenya.
