England's Harry Kane scored the winning goal in extra time, following up after his penalty was saved, to secure a 2-1 victory over Denmark in their Euro 2020 semi-final on Wednesday.
The match, played in front of almost 60,000 fans at Wembley Stadium, saw England come from behind to reach the European Championship final for the first time.
Denmark had taken the lead in the first half through a superb free kick from Mikkel Damsgaard, but England equalized in the 39th minute when Simon Kjaer scored an own goal.
The match remained level until extra time, when Kane's penalty was saved, but he scored the rebound to seal the win for England.
England will now face Italy in the final on Sunday, 55 years after they lifted the World Cup at Wembley Stadium.
