Published on July 6, 2021, Citizen TV news anchors Victoria Rubadiri and Trevor Ombija have left their fans in stitches after a humorous exchange on marriage.
Victoria Rubadiri responded to Trevor Ombija's Instagram post celebrating a couple's recent wedding, jokingly asking when he would tie the knot.
When Rubadiri asked Ombija when he would get married, he replied that COVID-19 had slimmed his chances of finding a soulmate, but playfully challenged Rubadiri to settle down first.
“Mine could happen after Covid-19, but know that I’m waiting for you get married first. I’m have some CVs I can send you way for shortlist, vetting and appointment,” Ombija joked.
Rubadiri rejected the offer, saying she could do her own sourcing and would watch the space for her own marriage plans.
