On July 6, 2021, DStv Business announced a revamp of its packages to meet the diverse entertainment needs of its commercial customers.
The revamped packages, DStv Stay, DStv Play, and DStv Work, are designed to cater to the unique needs of hotels, pubs and clubs, offices, guest houses, and serviced apartments.
According to Nancy Matimu, the managing director of MultiChoice Kenya, the new packages aim to connect commercial customers with their growth, better cash flows, and profits.

Further, DStv understands that every business has unique needs and we have made it our business to ensure that your entertainment needs are taken care of based on our customers’ feedback."
During the event, Mike Macharia, CEO of the Kenya Association of Hotel Keepers and Caterers, thanked DStv for reaching out to the industry through their association.
"Today marks a new beginning of a good working relationship because where we are now getting to understand each other’s business since tourism and entertainment go together. In the earlier years, we failed to understand each other’s businesses, but you have now come up with packages that are suited to the nature of business we are in," he said.
The revamped packages have been tailored to suit the needs of hotels, lodges, B&Bs, pubs, clubs, restaurants, and offices, offering superior world-class international and local entertainment to help them make their establishments the preferred top destination.
