Published on July 5, 2021, a Mombasa businessman accused Governor Joho of demolishing a Sh2 million perimeter wall in 2019.
As a result, Joho was ordered to pay a Sh250,000 fine, which he has yet to settle.
Failure to pay the fine could lead to Joho's imprisonment.
