Published on July 5, 2021, Android Auto introduced a new feature allowing users to personalize their app launcher background.
By accessing the Android Auto settings when your phone is connected, you can easily change the default black background to a more visually appealing option.
To do this, open the Settings app from the Android Auto launcher, scroll down to the Change wallpaper option, and select from the available system wallpapers.
Currently, users are limited to choosing from the pre-installed system wallpapers, but it's possible that this feature may be expanded in the future to allow users to upload their own custom wallpapers.
