The board is working on getting estimates for the repairs, with structural repair estimates at $250,000 and electrical work priced 'in the millions.'
Residents were told they could stay at a shelter on the county fairgrounds, but some expressed concerns about relocating and the financial burden of security deposits and advance rent on another apartment.
