Meanwhile, Barcelona has offered Brazilian midfielder Philippe Coutinho to AC Milan in exchange for Hakan Calhanoglu, according to reports.
Additionally, Bournemouth has signed midfielder Emiliano Marcondes from Brentford on a free transfer, while Groningen has signed winger Cyril Ngonge from Waalwijk for an undisclosed fee.
United are also reportedly set to make a £26m bid for Inter Milan midfielder Marcelo Brozovic, with the Italian club reportedly willing to sell him for 30 million euros as he is out of contract next summer.
