Journalist Louis Otieno's Son Refuses to Visit Ailing Mum ¶
On July 1, 2021, Silas Miami, son of renowned TV news anchor Louis Otieno, took to Twitter to express his decision not to visit his ailing mother.
According to Silas, his mother's abusive behavior and narcissism are the reasons behind his decision. He stated that even at her deathbed, she refuses to apologize, which he attributes to narcissism.
He also expressed his support for survivors of narcissistic abuse, stating, 'I believe you. And you're going to be just fine. You deserved better and you owe nothing to those who harmed you. You are loved.'
It's worth noting that Silas has had a strained relationship with his parents, particularly after they kicked him out at 17 years old due to his sexual orientation.
Early this year, Silas narrated how his parents solicited money from him while his father was unwell.
