On June 25th, 2021, radio presenter Nick Odhiambo welcomed his second-born son, but the joy was short-lived. The baby sadly passed away on June 28th, 2021, just four days after birth.
Odhiambo, who recently joined Hot 96 FM from Radio Maisha, shared his grief with his Twitter followers, saying, "What a short-lived joy! Born Friday 25th June – 28th June 2021."
He revealed that he was still trying to come to terms with the sad news, adding, "Been celebrating you and giving mom space to heal."
However, in a shocking twist, Odhiambo learned of his son's demise after he had already been laid to rest, saying, "Then I am told you were buried yesterday…and just seen your new home! #RiPSon."
It is unclear why he was not informed of the burial earlier.
Four days prior to the tragic news, Odhiambo had celebrated the birth of his son, saying, "Best gift ever…nice to meet you son.! My mini me…..I am soo overjoyed…."
