On June 30, 2021, Tusker FC sealed their ticket as Kenya's representatives in the next season's CAF Champions League with a thrilling 4-1 win over Ulinzi Stars at the Nakuru ASK Showground.
Ulinzi Stars took an early lead through Boniface Onyango, but Tusker FC fought back with Brian Birgen scoring an own goal to level the score.
The turning point came in the second half when Brian Marita scored the second goal for Tusker FC, and the team went on to seal the win with Kevin 'Kepha' Okoth's long-range shot and Chris Ochieng's stunning goal in the final four minutes.
