Gerald Guandaru, a Nyeri Town businessman, was kidnapped at 5pm on June 29, 2021, just ten metres from his shop.
The incident occurred in broad daylight, raising concerns about the safety of residents and business owners in the area.
The police are yet to comment on the matter or reveal any details about the kidnappers.
