On June 30, 2021, Attorney General George Oraro presented a plea to the Court of Appeal judges, urging them to allow Kenyans to decide the fate of the Building Bridges Initiative (BBI) through a referendum.
Oraro led a team of 12 lawyers, including Senior Counsel George Oraro, in presenting 31 grounds of appeal to the court.
