As of today, Kenya's Covid-19 positivity rate stands at 9.5%, with a total of 183,603 confirmed positive cases reported since the outbreak.
According to the latest statistics, Nairobi leads with 188 cases, followed by Busia with 76 cases, and Kisii with 57 cases.
Meanwhile, 800 patients have recovered from the disease, with 695 recovering through the Home Based and Isolation Care program, and 105 from various health facilities.
However, the country has recorded 9 new fatalities, all of which are late deaths reported after conducting facility record audits in October and December 2020, and April and June 2021.
As of today, a total of 1,334,749 vaccines have been administered across the country, with 1,005,901 being first doses and 328,848 being second doses.
