On June 24th, 2021, Metropolitan National Sacco took a significant step in empowering its members by launching Metro Business Café, a live-streamed program aimed at educating them on money matters, business, and wealth creation.
The program, which is moderated by veteran journalist Michael Njenga, is live-streamed on YouTube every other Thursday from 7pm to 9pm.
According to Metropolitan National Sacco, the program will play an important role in building and enhancing customer loyalty through constructive interactions.
As an organization, Metropolitan National Sacco intends to impart the right attitude, knowledge, and skills to its members by essentially answering the question ‘’WHY’’ they need their products.
Metropolitan National Sacco has embarked on a growth strategy anchored on diversification, customer service excellence, and developed products, and the need to enlighten its members on these new developments has become imperative.
As Metropolitan National Sacco told Kenyan Business Feed, ‘’It (Metro Business Café) will play an important role in building and enhancing customer loyalty through constructive interactions’’.
The platform is a golden opportunity for members to not only express their interests and ideas but also contribute to the sustainability of the Sacco.
Metropolitan National Sacco has made it clear that it endeavors to keep its members trained and informed at all times, and the launch of Metro Business Café is a testament to this commitment.
