June 29, 2021, marked a significant day for socialite Huddah Monroe, as she shared her thoughts on why she avoids mingling with Kenyans in Dubai.
According to Huddah, who has been living in Dubai for almost two years, mingling with Kenyans in the city would create an opportunity for rumors and disrespect to spread.
“I didn’t come to Dubai to mingle,” Huddah wrote in a statement. “And also too much familiarity creates fake rumors and disrespect,” she added.
She also emphasized the difference in perception between those who have interacted with her and those who have not.
“The few that have met me know I’m a legit, loving and caring person. And very down to earth. I know y’all out here. I see y’all hustle and I respect that. Love from a distance,” she said.
Despite being the subject of rumors, including claims that she is under house arrest due to a scandal involving her ex-boyfriend, Huddah has denied these allegations and expressed her desire to return to Kenya whenever she wants.
