On June 29, 2021, a seven-judge bench of the Court of Appeal, led by President Daniel Musinga, heard a high-profile case involving over 60 lawyers and law firms.
The bench comprised Lady Justices Roselyne Nambuye, Hannah Okwengu, and Fatuma Sichale, as well as Justices Patrick Kiage, Gatembu Kairu, and Francis Tuiyott.
Among the lawyers and law firms listed to appear before the court were G & A Advocates, Waweru Gatonye, Senior Counsel Mohamed Nyaoga, Senior Counsel Kiragu Kimani, Destario Oyatsi, and many others.
