On June 28, 2021, the National Transport and Safety Authority (NTSA) relocated to its new headquarters in Nairobi, marking a significant move for the transport body.
Located at 316 Upper Hill Chambers, along 2nd Ngong Avenue, the new offices will serve as the primary point of contact for individuals requiring NTSA's services in Nairobi.
This move comes just three weeks after NTSA resumed services following a system upgrade and maintenance, which saw the closure of its online portal.
During the upgrade, NTSA operated two portals, tims.ntsa.go.ke and timsvirl.ntsa.go.ke, until June 30, 2021, to enable users to familiarize themselves with the new system.
NTSA noted that applications launched through the revamped system would be completed in the new system, including rejected applications.
