On June 27, 2021, Thika Queens secured their second FKF Women Premier League title by defeating Gaspo Women 3-0 in the championship final at the Nakuru ASK Showgrounds.
Thika Queens' captain, Dorcas Shikobe, had a close opportunity to score in the 33rd minute but her corner kick attempt sailed over the bar, keeping the score at 0-0.
However, Rachael Muema broke the deadlock in the 38th minute, giving Thika Queens a 1-0 lead at halftime.
After the break, Esse Akida scored the second goal for Thika Queens in the 57th minute, and she sealed the win with her second goal in the 65th minute, securing a 3-0 victory.
Thika Queens' victory marked their second FKF Women Premier League title, following their first win in 2016.
