On June 27, 2021, Thika Queens made history by clinching their second Football Kenya Federation (FKF) Women Premier League title with a convincing 3-0 victory over Gaspo Women at the ASK Showground in Nakuru.

Thika Queens, who topped Zone A in the regular season, added a second piece of silverware to their 2016 title. The team's experience and talented squad proved to be the deciding factors in the final.

Defending champions Vihiga Queens were eliminated in the semis by Gaspo, losing 5-4 in a post-match penalty shootout. Thika Queens, on the other hand, thrashed Nakuru West Queens 4-1 in the second semi.

The top two teams from each zone met in the play-off to determine the overall winner. The Kiambu Derby final lived up to its billing, but Thika Queens' experience and talent ultimately led them to the crown.

Thika Queens' Mwanahalima Adam was voted the league's most valuable player. The team's victory was rewarded with a cash prize of Sh350,000.
