Actor Joseph Kinuthia, alias Omosh, has sparked outrage after claiming he received less than one million shillings in donations despite having millions pledged to him. This comes after he appeared on TV, begging for help, claiming he was broke.
However, comedian Jalang'o, who had led efforts to help Omosh, has come out to deny his claims, stating that Omosh received more than 700,000 shillings in cash from his show alone.
"Some people never learn! I can easily assure that Omosh got more than 1 million from my show...personally in cash, he got more than 700k than the people who sent money directly to him!" Jalang'o responded on Instagram.
Following Jalang'o's response, Omosh took to social media, claiming that he had not forced anyone to come to his aid.
"Kwani Majama shida iko wapi? Mlicome through mkaniokolea ndio hii Keja inasimama, Maanze thanks a lot kwa kitu mlinifanyia. Kitu inaniwasha ni mnaniuliza mahali nilipeleka pesa," said Omosh in a video.
