President Kenyatta has condoled with the family of the late Dorcas Ntimama, the wife of the late Cabinet Minister William Ole Ntimama, who died in September 2016.

According to the President's message, Dorcas was a gracious woman who worked tirelessly for the wellbeing of society, building strong bonds of friendship that ensured harmony and peace in her community.

"It is heartbreaking that we've lost Mama Dorcas. As a nation, we are grateful for her many years of service to Kenya, especially in Narok, where she and her late husband offered leadership and service to the community for many years," the President said.

President Kenyatta also prayed to God to grant the family fortitude and grace to bear the loss of their matriarch, saying, "Losing a parent is never easy, may you find solace in the lovely memories you shared with your dear mother and may she rest in eternal peace,"

It is worth noting that Dorcas's daughter, Vivian, had passed away just five years ago, on January 31st 2020, due to a heart attack.
