On June 26, 2021, Infinix made a bold statement with the launch of its NOTE 10 Series at the Ali Barbour's Cave Restaurant in Diani Beach, Kenya. The event was a testament to the brand's mission to stay true to its rebranding goals of being trendy and techy.
The choice of location was deliberate, as it provided a unique backdrop for the launch. As the Kenyan market continues to be flooded with new smartphone entrants, Infinix aimed to stand out and showcase its commitment to empowering today's youth.
The event was an unforgettable experience, with laser beams and smoke machines lighting up the parking lot, leading to a giant media wall banner featuring Infinix's brand ambassadors, Sauti Sol. Upon entering the reception area, guests were treated to a fairyland lit by hundreds of candles, with a spiral staircase descending into the main part of the restaurant.
The coral cave walls were adorned with laser beams and product logos, moving rapidly across the walls to match the ultra-speed theme of the NOTE 10 series. A giant opening in the cave's roof was embedded with a hologram of the NOTE 10, creating a mystical tech ambience.
The entire cave was beautifully illuminated with flashy lights and laser light mapping, evoking an outer space futuristic experience. The big unveil was carefully set in one of the interlinking chambers, with the Note 10 display phones seated on giant sea shells surrounded by mystical smoke.
The Note 10 Series is available in three variants: Note 10 Pro 128+8GB for Ksh 25,999, Note 10 128+4 GB for Ksh 19,299, and 64+4GB for Ksh 17,599. The devices can be purchased at Infinix outlets countrywide and online at Xpark.
