On June 25, 2021, a dramatic incident unfolded at the World Rally Championship in Kedong, Kenya, where Kenyan rally driver Tejveer Rai was involved in a severe car crash.

According to reports, Rai was airlifted to the Aga Khan hospital for treatment after suffering a broken leg in the accident.

Fortunately, despite the severity of the crash, Rai's injuries are not life-threatening, and he is receiving medical attention.

His navigator, Gareth Dawe, also sustained minor injuries in the incident.
