Joseph Kinuthia Omosh, a popular actor, has found himself in a difficult situation, and he's turning to the public for help once again. This is the second time he's made a public plea for assistance.
According to a report from June 25, 2021, Omosh expressed his gratitude to those who had shown him kindness, but he felt that the support he received was inadequate. He stated that well-wishers had pledged less than Sh. 1 million, which he used to settle his debts.
Omosh had initially gained public sympathy after sharing his struggles with financial difficulties and rent arrears of Sh 100,000. However, he claimed that as soon as the wave of sympathy ended, some of those who had promised help turned their attention elsewhere.
He added that he has changed his ways and now attends fellowship, which gives him the willpower to avoid drinking alcohol. Omosh had previously been accused of being an alcoholic.
Interestingly, among the help he received was a piece of land that was immediately put under construction. Comedian Jalang'o was among those who came to his aid, helping to raise over Sh. 1 million for Omosh within hours.
Omosh's plea for help comes after he went public about his struggles following the termination of the show he popularly featured on, Tahidi High.
