On June 25, 2021, Kenya Airways (KQ) and Delta Air Lines announced the expansion of their codeshare agreement, enhancing the airlines' reach to 39 cities across Africa, the United States, and Canada.
The new agreement allows Delta passengers flying from New York-JFK to connect with Kenya Airways' codeshare flights to various destinations in Africa, including Accra, Ghana, Monrovia, Liberia, and Freetown, Sierra Leone.
Kenya Airways has also placed its code on Delta's services from New York-JFK to Washington's Ronald Regan National Airport and Indianapolis, Indiana.
Other destinations within the codeshare include New York, Chicago O'Hare, Denver, Orlando, Miami, Raleigh Durham, Phoenix, and Charlotte.
