On June 24, 2021, Equity Group Holdings Plc announced the appointment of Ms Lydia Ndirangu as its Group Company Secretary.
Ms Ndirangu, a seasoned professional with a strong background in tax and finance, joins Equity Group from her previous role as Group Head of Tax. Prior to this, she served as a senior manager at Ernst and Young (EY) and as a manager at KPMG.
Ms Ndirangu holds a Law degree from the University of Nairobi and is an advocate of the High Court. She also holds a Master's in Law in Public Finance from the University of Nairobi and is a certified secretary and a Certified Public Accountant.
