On June 21, 2021, InfinixIndia (@InfinixIndia) confirmed that the company's new smartphone with 160W fast charging is indeed real.
According to the company's Indian arm, the phone will be called the Infinix Zero X, a device that will feature wireless charging and an in-display fingerprint sensor.
The Zero series is Infinix's hero smartphone lineup, and it would only make sense that something like the confirmed 160W fast charging would debut on such a device.
Thanks to some reliable tipsters, we know even a little more: the Infinix Zero X will be Infinix's first smartphone with wireless charging, featuring 50W fast wireless charging.
For many, however, we expect that the Infinix Zero X will present them with a chance of owning an affordable smartphone with wireless charging.
Based on the featured image, we can confidently make a few other deductions regarding the Infinix Zero X.
That it will have an in/under-display fingerprint sensor is without a doubt. A closer look at the render reveals a curved display on the front with some of the thinnest bezels we have ever seen on an Infinix device and a very recessed top and chin area.
The back, in addition to the Realme-like text, reveals a huge image sensor. The bottom houses the SIM tray and a USB Type-C port.
