On June 23, 2021, Diamond Platnumz, a renowned Tanzanian artist, surprised his fans with the delivery of a brand-new Cadillac Escalade 2020 model, valued at approximately Ksh30 million.
The new addition to his luxury car collection was delivered to his mansion, where it was recorded by his cameramen. According to his finance manager, Don Fumbwe, another vehicle, a Rolls Royce model, is on transit and expected to arrive in Tanzania anytime.
The 2020 Cadillac Escalade boasts an array of impressive features, including dual front side-mounted airbags, dusk sensing headlamps, and a remote anti-theft alarm system.
However, reports had earlier indicated that Diamond's first Cadillac Escalade was not new as claimed by his close associates. It was allegedly bought from Omary Bakhresa, a son of the owner of Bakhresa Group, and not fresh from its manufacturers or distributors.
