A fatal shooting on Thika Road in Juja, Kiambu County, has left one person dead. The incident occurred on Tuesday, June 22, 2021, when a motorist was sprayed with bullets while driving.
According to police, the victim was driving a private Subaru Forester when a three-man gang on a motorcycle opened fire. The suspects were tracking the motorist and sped off after suspecting they had killed their target.
Police confirmed that the victim died while receiving treatment at the Thika Level 5 Hospital. His body has been moved to the General Kago Funeral Home pending autopsy and identification.
