Published on June 22, 2021, KTN's Jamal Gaddafi took to Twitter to express his outrage after losing his Instagram account to hackers.
As a community service manager, Jamal's disappointment was palpable in his post, where he openly shared the pain of losing his account.
"Yaani jamaa Kaa chini kazi yake KU hack account yaaani uchungu ninaosikia acha tu oya msela nikimpata ntamla kama mkate mamamae!?!!," Jamal wrote in his infuriated post.
Jamal's loss is not an isolated incident, as several celebrities have fallen victim to hacking in recent times.
Just last month, Radio Maisha's Nick Odhiambo lost both his Facebook and Instagram accounts, with the latter still disabled.
Similarly, Musician KRG the Don of Fast Cash Music Group managed to recover his hacked YouTube Channel after it was allegedly hacked by a Tanzanian who demanded 4 million.
However, many of KRG's fans and followers questioned the authenticity of his narration, with some accusing him of pulling a publicity stunt to promote his new album, Birth Mark.
