On June 21, 2021, Kenya Police hosted Modern Coast Rangers in their National Super League round 24 fixture at Ruaraka Grounds.

Modern Coast Rangers took an early lead through Ian Owiti in the 2nd minute, which they maintained until the half-time whistle, closing the scores at 1-0.

However, upon resumption, Samuel Githire equalized the scores for Kenya Police in the 57th minute after receiving a timely delivery into the area.

Modern Coast Rangers regained their lead in the 63rd minute after Innocent Kiprotich converted an awarded freekick, sending the ball to the back of the net.

Kenya Police equalized the scores in the 71st minute after Arvine Odoyo shot on target from the edge of the area, sealing the full-time scores at 2-2.
