Makueni Member of County Assembly Harris Ngui Musau died in a tragic road accident on the Mombasa-Nairobi highway on June 15, 2021.
According to Mukaa Sub-county Police Commander Jacinta Mwarania, the accident occurred in the Salama area along the busy highway at around 7 pm.
Mr. Musau was driving a white Prado with an unknown female passenger when their vehicle collided with an oncoming Sharkman truck headed in the direction of Mombasa.
Unfortunately, both Mr. Musau and the female passenger, who was in her 20s, died in the accident.
The bodies have been moved to Machakos Level Five Hospital mortuary, while the vehicles have been towed to Salama Police Station yard for further investigation.
