On June 15, 2021, Kericho County Commissioner for Cooperatives Leonard Otii visited the Imarisha KEBO Plaza to officially open the modern Customer Experience Centre.
During the event, Otii praised Imarisha Sacco's Board and management team for their exceptional service, particularly their adoption of new communication technologies.
"I would like to thank the board and all the management team of the society for investing in new technology which saw members access their money from their homes through their phones and other platforms," Otii said.
He noted that Imarisha's investments had significantly transformed the face of Kericho and encouraged the society to continue advocating for excellence in service delivery.
Impressed by the international standards of facilities at the Customer Experience Centre, Otii highlighted the call centre as a key feature that would facilitate the needs of the growing number of clients in the diaspora.
He also congratulated Imarisha delegates for their support of new trends adopted for the benefit of members and the community, urging them to continue recruiting new members from various sectors, including newly employed teachers.
