A disturbing incident has come to light in Kathima, a village in Igembe South, where a family has been accused of brutally assaulting their son.
According to reports, the victim, Jadiel Kaberia, was allegedly attacked by his family members, who were reportedly drunk, and left severely injured.
The victim's mother, Eunice Nkatha, has denied the allegations, claiming that her son was the one who started the fight and that the family members were simply defending themselves.
However, eyewitnesses claim that the family members were the aggressors and that they have been causing trouble in the village for some time.
It is alleged that the family members have a history of violence and have been involved in several altercations in the past.
