Former Kibwezi MP Kalembe Ndile was laid to rest in a grave that has left many Kenyans fascinated. The grave's unique design features a stair-like shape, which is tiled all around.
On June 12, 2021, mourners escorted his body to the funeral ground at Ndile's Mbui Nzau home, where he was buried in the presence of several high-profile guests, including ODM leader Raila Odinga, Wiper leader Kalonzo Musyoka, and Machakos Governor Alfred Mutua.
One Facebook user, Njeri Mwangi Gichuhi Karuri, responded to a comment about the grave by saying, 'The soul doesn’t walk but the body, read the bible well.'
