Nzoia Sugar coach Ibrahim Shikanda has urged his team to recover from their 1-0 loss to AFC Leopards ahead of their match against Mathare United in the FKF Premier League at Sudi Stadium on Sunday.
The team's profligacy in front of goal was a major factor in their defeat, with coach Shikanda expressing disappointment in his players' response to the game.
"Profligacy in front of goal cost us the game. I was disappointed with my players' response in the game, they didn't play as per instructions," said Shikanda.
He also attributed their poor performance to the break, stating that it affected their team's performance.
"I feel the break also affected our performance," Shikanda added.
