On May 10, 2021, Borussia Dortmund midfielder Jude Bellingham shared photos of a school he helped build in Mombasa, Kenya, on his Instagram page.

The 17-year-old English professional footballer, who chose to join the German side over Manchester United, posted the photos of the school, which comprises a primary school and nursery.

"The school in Mombasa is finished and the kids are enjoying being back in lessons and learning. Massive thank you to those who donated and supported, myself and the team really appreciate it," Bellingham wrote in the post.

Born on June 29, Bellingham joined Birmingham City as an under-8 and became the club's youngest ever first-team player when he made his senior debut in August 2019, at the age of 16 years and 38 days.

He played regularly during the 2019-20 season and joined Borussia Dortmund in July 2020, where he became their youngest ever goal scorer in his first competitive match.
