On May 4, 2021, Nairobi City Water & Sewerage Company LTD (NCWSC) made a significant improvement to its Online Water Application Portal.
Customers can now easily locate their premises on Google Maps, a feature that replaces the previous requirement to upload a map or drawing of their location.
Additionally, customers can now pay for their water applications by dialling 888# on their mobile phone, making the process even more convenient.
